MINICO — SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MINICO. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We work with premium local fulfillment networks to ensure secure handling of your packages.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery Area: We currently deliver all across Pakistan.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier issues, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to monitor your package directly through the courier portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes MINICO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Issues during Transit MINICO is liable for items damaged or lost during transit if reported immediately. If you received your order damaged, or if the packaging is heavily tampered with, please inspect the contents immediately upon reception. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos/videos, and contact our support team at abdullahnaeem999agent@gmail.com within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided at the time of purchase are accurate and complete. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be held responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to re-send the package.
